NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Grafton Greyhound Racing Club Limited will be held at the Racetrack, Grafton Greyhound Racing Club on Saturday 4th December 2021 at 11.00am.
ADMITTANCE TO THE ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE FOR ALL FINANCIAL MEMBERS
OFFICE BEARERS 2021 – 2022
Nominations are herby called for the positions of:
PRESIDENT - 1 Position
VICE PRESIDENT - 1 Position
TREASURER - 1 Position
DIRECTORS - 4 Positions
(All of whom must be Financial Members of the Grafton Greyhound Racing Club Limited)
Nomination forms can be collected from the Grafton Greyhound Club Office.
Nominations Close Sunday 7th November 2021 at 5.00pm
MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE
If you intend to nominate a Member for a position of Director and intend to vote for a Member or Members, you must be a FINANCIAL MEMBER on the Register as at Monday 30 September 2021.
Annual Reports will be available by 4th November 2021 at the Grafton Greyhound Club Office.

Should any member wish to bring forward any business or motion at any General Meeting, they must give written notice stating the nature thereof to the Secretary at least 14 days before such meeting and the Secretary shall include such business or motion in the notice he gives of such meeting.
